Because of concessions made to the buyers of our home in Pullman, we had only a short window of time to choose and close on a new home in North Idaho. We had a general idea of what we wanted and Janna lined up suitable prospects for us to see and tour. We ended up having to make several trips from Pullman to the CdA/Post Falls area to look at properties and each time, Janna cleared her schedule so that we could make the most of our visits. We made an offer on one home that we liked, but upon inspection realized it wouldn’t work for us. Later, we found a home we both thought would be perfect for us in Rathdrum, and Janna worked with us and with the sellers’ realtor to hammer out the details. The home has in many ways exceeded our expectations and we’re happy with the choice. Downsizing after 32 years in the same home and relocating to a new state proved more challenging than we had anticipated but Janna’s efforts throughout the process helped us quite a bit.
